About this Role
Holwell Primary School is seeking a School Business Manager to lead its business, financial and operational management. The school is looking for an individual with strong experience in business, financial or operational management, excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, a strategic and solution-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates should share the school’s commitment to excellence and delivering the best possible outcomes for children, and understand the importance of collaboration, integrity and positive relationships. Previous experience within an educational setting would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with transferable leadership and business management skills are welcomed. The school is committed to staff wellbeing and offers up to 3 days’ time in lieu during term time with the approval of the Headteacher.
