Assistant Professor – Lighting

About this Role

The primary focus of this role is to introduce LAMDA’s Production & Technical Arts students to the skills required and the roles within a theatre, or related industry, Lighting Department. You will give class to students as well as supporting them in the delivery of practical shows. Duties include providing lectures and teaching in small groups, agreeing the broad content and methodology of teaching with the Head of Lighting, and preparing teaching sequences by drawing together relevant knowledge from your research and professional experience. This is a permanent, full-time academic post in central London.
