About this Role

St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is appointing a Trust Development Partner to drive sustained school improvement across its schools in Liverpool. This is a senior leadership post suited to candidates with successful experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or equivalent, and a proven track record of raising educational standards. The role requires significant experience of leading organisational change and implementing whole-school improvement strategies, a strong understanding of curriculum design, teaching, learning and assessment, and expertise in quality assurance, self-evaluation and school improvement planning. The postholder will provide both effective support and challenge to Headteachers and senior leadership teams, coach and develop school leaders, and apply strong analytical skills to school performance data.
