The Holy Family Catholic School in Keighley, an 11-16 secondary academy with 630 pupils and part of The Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust, is seeking a Headteacher to start in January 2027. The school is looking for inspirational leadership rooted in its Catholic faith and mission. Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, pupils, parents and parish, you will lead the strategic direction of the school and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care; champion the Catholic mission and values in daily life and long-term vision; build on existing strengths while identifying and delivering areas for improvement; foster a culture of high expectations, mutual respect and continuous professional development; and represent the school within the diocese, local authority and wider community. The school offers a clear and well-structured leadership team, a curriculum that values both excellence and formation, and a strong sense of community.
