About this Role
Bristol Brunel Academy is seeking a Careers and Pathway Leader for a provisional November 2026 start. The role suits someone with experience in careers guidance and a passion for helping students develop employability skills, make informed decisions and prepare applications for future jobs or further education. The post holder will be responsible for delivering an outstanding careers provision that reflects local and national initiatives and priorities, with the aim of raising students’ aspirations and ambition, and will contribute to meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks by embedding employability across the Academy. This is a permanent, full-time post of 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 additional days and insets, including availability on GCSE results day. Visa sponsorship is not available. Closing date 6 September 2026.
