About this Role
Holy Trinity CofE Secondary School in Crawley is recruiting a Pastoral & Behaviour Support Manager to start in September 2026. The school is looking for a relational individual who excels at building trust with students and challenging them to flourish, and who is passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will join a vibrant, multi-faith school community founded on the values of dignity, community, wisdom and hope, working within the pastoral, health and welfare team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–16:00, term time only including INSET days and one additional week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this vacancy.
