About this Role
An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join the SEN team at Airedale Academy to ensure all pupils have access to learning and make outstanding progress. You will support the SENCO to implement the necessary support and intervention strategies for target pupils, and will be responsible for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in school, enabling them to achieve or exceed appropriate academic results. The role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, and to show compassion and empathy whilst remaining assertive. Duties include providing support for individual pupils or groups of pupils with special educational needs.
