About this Role
Harris Garrard Academy is looking for an experienced Behaviour for Learning Leader to lead and support one of its Learning Hubs, ensuring excellent behaviour for learning and monitoring student achievement. The role involves leading a team of coaches, managing pastoral, social, emotional and behavioural issues for students, and playing a significant part in the wider community life of the all-through academy. Candidates should have proven success raising achievement and strong ICT skills to support learning strategies.
