About this Role
Develop and implement an inclusive community-based approach to using church buildings to their full potential as places of community action, engagement and outreach, supporting existing church groups and users across the Diocese of Peterborough. The role aims to catalyse adoption of historic and modern churches by the whole local community and increase their mixed use, building relationships with volunteers, managing community-led projects, driving income generation and fundraising, and supporting heritage interpretation.
