About this Role
The Pensions Regulator is seeking a Data Analysis Manager to own and maintain its overall performance framework, ensuring it drives and reflects progress towards TPR’s strategic priorities. The role oversees delivery of MI and analysis reporting at all levels including the TPR Board, leads a team of 6-7 analysts, and works closely with stakeholders including DWP to build shared understanding of landscape changes and emerging risks. Candidates need a degree in mathematics, statistics or sciences, advanced SQL skills using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI, experience with regression and time series analysis, extensive data visualisation experience, and the ability to communicate complex analytics clearly to Director and Board-level audiences.
