About this Role
The Whitby High School is seeking a Data Manager to monitor and interpret data for all Key Stages and set targets for the forthcoming year. The role involves providing analysis and reports on student performance and other data for the Leadership Team and governors, supporting the use of data in activities such as timetabling and examination data, and identifying trends and patterns to inform the school’s improvement plan and pinpoint students or staff teams that require further support. Candidates should be committed to high quality inclusive practice, safeguarding, and able to communicate effectively with students, staff and stakeholders.
