About this Role
Harris Aspire Academy is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to work with individual children or groups experiencing difficulties with emotional literacy or other aspects of school or home life. The role supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to access the curriculum, fosters a learning environment where children can develop emotional literacy skills, and involves planning and implementing programmes to support children’s emotional wellbeing. Requires GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and experience contributing to provision for children with a range of needs.
