The General Manager will be responsible for the whole operational running of Curzon Canterbury Riverside, leading the team on a day-to-day basis across all operational areas, delivering exceptional customer experience, and growing admissions and revenue while ensuring health and safety and food standards are kept high. Duties include managing recruitment, training and employee relations, directing and motivating the management team, controlling labour and stock costs, planning film scheduling and programming, and maintaining relations with the local community and media.
