About this Role

Montpelier Health Centre, an innovative inner-city GP practice in Montpelier, Bristol serving over 18,000 patients, is recruiting Health Navigators to join its experienced and dynamic Reception team. Reporting to the Patient Services Manager, the role involves receiving, assisting and directing patients so they can access the most appropriate clinical service or healthcare professional, and providing support to resolve general enquiries courteously and efficiently. Confidence dealing with the public both in person and on the telephone is essential, alongside computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicting demands and work well under pressure in a busy and diverse environment. The practice has 3 GP Partners, 12 salaried GPs and an experienced team of clinical and administration professionals, and describes itself as innovative and adaptable. It offers a lively and supportive team, an interesting and fulfilling workload, and free secure on-site car parking. This is a permanent full-time post of 37.5 hours per week based at Bath Buildings, Bristol.
