About this Role
The London Borough of Bromley Public Health Team is recruiting a Public Health Programme Lead for Sexual Health, a strategic role shaping sexual health prevention, strategy and partnership working across the borough. The postholder will lead the delivery of local sexual health strategies and programmes informed by evidence, data and best practice; coordinate multi-agency partnerships across health, local government and the voluntary sector to strengthen prevention and improve outcomes; identify priority populations and develop targeted approaches for underserved and high-need communities; and provide public health expertise to commissioning, mobilisation and contract monitoring so services stay responsive to local need. The role also applies epidemiological analysis, needs assessments and public health evidence to shape future service development and identify opportunities for innovation, while providing leadership and expertise to colleagues and stakeholders. It involves working with partners across Bromley, South East London and London-wide networks on innovative, evidence-based approaches to sexual health improvement. This is a permanent, full-time post based at Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley.
