About this Role
Woodhill Primary School, part of Inspire Partnership Academy Trust – a family of schools across Greenwich, Medway and Croydon – is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a SEND focus. The HLTA role at Woodhill is integral to supporting both teachers taking their PPA time and children’s learning in the classroom, and carries greater responsibility than a standard TA including covering classes and planning and teaching lessons. Candidates need experience of teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and a strong knowledge of the EYFS and primary curriculum. You will need the capacity and flexibility to be deployed across the school to provide high quality teaching and learning while maintaining strong relationships and positive behaviour for learning. Start date is ASAP.
