About this Role
The BBC’s Investigations Division is looking for an Investigations Manager (Quality Assurance) to help foster a culture of transparency, accountability and trust. Based at any major BBC hub in the UK, you will coordinate between investigation teams and report to senior leaders on team performance, standards and implementation of investigation outcomes. Responsibilities include maintaining oversight of investigation teams’ utilisation, SLA compliance and quality performance; designing quality assurance processes to validate evidential consistency; overseeing case management systems; tracking actions and recommendations from investigation reports; and working with HR and the BBC whistleblower champion to protect whistleblowers. Essential: significant experience overseeing complex investigations or assurance functions in HR, whistleblowing or corporate investigations environments, plus expertise in quality assurance, audit or governance, and strong analytical and reporting skills.
