About this Role

Eastern Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Lecturer in Construction Management to develop and deliver Construction and Construction Management courses at its Built Environment Campus in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality teaching and learning across a range of provision, including apprenticeships, full-time and part-time Further and Higher Education programmes, T Levels and short courses. The role focuses on supporting learners to achieve their qualifications through effective teaching, assessment, progress monitoring and strong employer engagement, and includes developing and maintaining schemes of work, lesson plans, learning resources and assessment materials. Candidates should be qualified to at least Level 6 in Construction Management, and experience in both Further and Higher Education teaching and curriculum development is desirable. Applications are particularly welcome from those with backgrounds in Construction Management, Surveying and Design, experience in the nuclear sector, or familiarity with T Levels in Construction.
