About this Role
Hans Price Academy in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an exceptional Pastoral Support Lead (Head of House / College Leader) to create a culture of belonging, drive high standards, and provide the care, challenge and support that enables every student to thrive. The post holder will lead pastoral support across a key area of the Academy, with responsibility for student wellbeing, behaviour and attainment. This is a permanent, full-time post of 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 insets and 3 weeks, with a potential start date of 2 November 2026 pending pre-employment checks. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
