About this Role
Offord Primary School in Offord Darcy, St Neots is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Pastoral Support Lead. The successful candidate will have experience of working face to face with children and their families, identifying welfare needs and helping children make the most of their education and time in school. The role involves working alongside children, families, key staff and external agencies, including participation in the Early Help process, and supporting families on emotional wellbeing, safeguarding and pastoral matters. NJC Scale 3, Points 5 to 6. Permanent, 13 hours per week with negotiable working days, starting September 2026. An enhanced DBS check is required and visas cannot be sponsored.
