About this Role
Harris Girls’ Academy Bromley is seeking a Premises Manager to lead the Premises Team responsible for the upkeep, care, maintenance, health and safety and facilities management of the academy and the Harris Teaching School. Responsibilities include managing the premises team, supervising outside contractors, overseeing a planned programme of maintenance and repair, ensuring buildings comply with security and safeguarding standards, and managing premises budgets and service level agreements. Requires knowledge of health and safety legislation, experience managing a premises team, and considerable general maintenance experience.
