About this Role

The Mercian Regiment Museum (Worcestershire) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Delivery Phase of The Worcestershire Soldier at The Commandery, a National Lottery Heritage Fund project creating four new galleries telling the story of The Worcestershire Soldier in partnership with Worcester City Council and the Worcestershire Yeomanry Museum. Working directly to the MRMW Curator, the consultant will ensure the project delivers on its objectives over a 44-month delivery timescale. Candidates should demonstrate a good track record managing heritage and capital projects, knowledge of National Lottery Heritage Fund arrangements, experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, and strong budget, risk management and communication skills. This is a freelance position with a fee of £93,600 inclusive of VAT and disbursements.
