About this Role
Homeless Link, the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies in England, is recruiting a Research Manager to support delivery of its strategic research portfolio. Part of the Policy and Research team within the Social Change directorate, the role involves managing and delivering research design, data collection, analysis and reporting, working collaboratively with colleagues, member organisations, academics, government officials, partners and people with lived experience. The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager with strong quantitative research skills, able to interpret research findings in wider policy contexts and make strategic recommendations for national and local decision makers. Homeless Link is looking for an experienced researcher with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, experience managing research or evaluation projects from inception to completion, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience with software such as SPSS, R, NVivo or Power BI. The role can be based at the London head office (minimum two days a week in the office, salary £44,598) or home-based (£40,320), with travel across the UK when required.
