About this Role
The Crown Prosecution Service is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to lead the design, development and delivery of evidence-based learning solutions that build capability and support CPS strategic priorities. The role involves creating innovative, accessible instructor-led, digital and blended learning interventions, translating complex legal and operational requirements into engaging content, and working closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders. The postholder will have direct line management responsibility and mentor colleagues across the Learning Services function. Candidates need proven experience in learning design using digital, audio and visual technology, proficiency in Microsoft 365, video editing and Articulate 360 or equivalent e-learning tools, and CIPD associate membership (or willingness to work towards it).
