About this Role
GDS is hiring a Senior Performance Analyst to analyse how users interact with government digital services and AI-enabled products, including LLM-powered chatbots and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include owning analytics instrumentation, working with data scientists and engineers to understand both user behaviour and AI system performance (e.g. hallucination risk, retrieval quality), and producing dashboards and reports for stakeholders from ministers to junior colleagues. The role also involves supporting GDS’s wider analysis community of practice across government.
