About this Role
Join a supportive community adult social care team covering Bath, working with adults with a range of needs to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. This opportunity is suitable for both newly qualified Social Workers completing their ASYE and experienced Social Workers. ASYE Social Workers manage a supported and protected caseload under close supervision (Grade 8: £38,220–£40,777). Qualified Social Workers independently manage a varied and complex caseload (Grade 9: £42,839–£46,142). You will work within a strong legislative framework, supporting individuals, families and carers through assessment, planning and review in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
