We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the structured planning and execution of IT-led project changes. This includes managing resources, budgets, progress, scope, risks, and communications, all aligned with company objectives and strategy.

As part of the Northern IT team, you’ll handle the full lifecycle management and delivery of various projects using established methodologies to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets, and objectives.

You’ll be responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality project documentation, ensuring effective distribution to stakeholders.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards. You’ll be integral in identifying potential risks, presenting solutions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at every level.

In addition, you’ll work closely with third-party suppliers and colleagues across Northern, operating in a business partnering capacity to ensure IT services align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

This dynamic and rewarding role may involve the following day-to-day tasks:

  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects using suitable methodologies to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Creating and overseeing high-quality project documentation.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Planning projects, including task definition, timeline creation, and baseline communication, while working with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Implementing change control processes and managing change requests. Assessing impacts on project scope, requirements, budget, and timeline while updating stakeholders.
