East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting qualified Health Visitors to join its Early Help 0-19 Service at the Rother Health Visiting Hub. The service puts health visiting at the heart of support for families with children aged 0-5 across the county, within a dynamic and integrated team of early help professionals. You will be a fully qualified Health Visitor with a BSc SCPHN degree (newly qualified applicants welcome), able to address sensitive issues with families in a clear and supportive way, and keen to develop your safeguarding knowledge.
